1. Eligibility — A child must be five years old or younger.

2. Fee — For a $10 donation to Children’s Miracle Network you will receive a FREE 5 x 7 photo taken by Creative Imaging Fine Photography during the following photo shoots at Salmon Run Mall Center Court. Photo shoots are on a first-come, first-served basis as space permits.
Friday, Sept. 5th ...................................... 2 – 6 p.m.
Saturday, Sept. 6th ......................... 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Sunday, Sept. 7th ........................... 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.

3. Contest Voting — Photos will be on display at Salmon Run Mall September 22nd - 26th. Friends, family members or shoppers may stop by and vote for their favorite photo at the voting booth near the Food Court daily from Noon - 6 p.m. Vote ballots are $1 each or six for $5 - all to benefit Children's Miracle Network.

4. On-Line Voting — Will be available Friday, September 22nd. Save a trip to the mall, or have out-of-town family and friends cast their votes by logging on to www.CMNBabyPhotoContest.com and following the easy prompts!

5. Photo Pick-Up & Awards — Saturday, September 27th, 10 a.m. Food Court - Parents will be given their 5 X 7 photos and any ordered packages from Creative Imaging Fine Photography followed by a brief awards ceremony to announce the winners and hand out prizes. Winners must be present.
